Our Love for Biscotti
We three sisters, Janine, Gina and Christina, are San Francisco natives and love everything about our Italian culture, especially making delicious biscotti. We decided to start this family run business while on a trip together in the summer of 2022, and chose the name Sorelle Biscotti since sorelle means sisters in Italian. Using our family’s recipe that has been handed down through generations, we’ve been making these biscotti for decades that are crunchy on the outside and a tad soft on the inside. Now we’re excited to share this unique texture beyond just our family and friends. Each small batch of tasty flavors are homemade in our kitchens and results in the perfect bite. Our Italian biscotti make unique hostess gifts, favors, teachers’ gifts, dessert for dinner parties, or the perfect treat anytime especially with your morning brew.

Our Inspiration: Nonna Maria
Want to know where our love of cooking comes from? Obviously this comes from our mother, but everything she learned was from her mother, our Nonna Maria. Nonna Maria was born in Lucca, where we all know the best cooks come from. Her secret? She would pull up a chair and watch her food cook all day. She once spent 5 hours at Gina's stove watching her turkey cook on Thanksgiving. Talk about cooking with love! We miss her everyday.
